Due Diligence Review:


This review is conducted upon a pool of loans that the 
client is offering for sale to a particular investor or 
pool operator.

The loans are reviewed to the investor guidelines.  
These audits may be performed for the lender prior to 
pool offering or we may perform these audits for the 
institutional investor.
